Return Policy
At Gemify, all of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we only accept returns in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item only if:
- The item is clearly damaged
- The item is defective or does not function as intended
- The item arrived scratched, broken, or physically damaged
- You received the wrong item
The damage must be visible and verifiable. Cosmetic preferences, dissatisfaction with a selected photo, or ordering the wrong size do not qualify for a return.
To be eligible, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please email us at info@shopgemify.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
- Incorrect photo uploads by the customer, Dark, low-quality, or unclear images selected by the customer
- Incorrect size selections
Gift cards
European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may request cancellation within 14 days only if the item is not personalized or custom-made.
Since most Gemify products are custom and made specifically for each customer, the EU cooling-off period does not apply to personalized items, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we approved the return, we will notify you whether your refund has been payed.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
